Mission Travel Information
Once you have been notified that you have been selected as a participant for the 2023 trip, you need to arrange your travel. Expect to receive confirmation via email from the Mission Team Coordinators in January 2023. Once you are a confirmed participant, contact John Spellman at ASCOT Travel AS SOON POSSIBLE TO ARRANGE YOUR TRAVEL! You are not required to use Ascot Travel, but is the easiest way to ensure you get the correct flights and you can make ONE payment for your flight, travel insurance and in-country meals/transportation.
Baggage: CHECK YOUR TICKET AND CONFIRM WITH ASCOT TRAVEL WHAT YOUR CARRY ON AND/OR BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE IS for the ticket you have purchased. For those traveling from San Antonio/Austin, you need a ticket that allows at least one checked bag. That checked bag will be used to bring Mission supplies to Honduras and will be distributed to you at the airport the morning of the trip. You will need a carry-on allowance or a SECOND checked bag if you are flying from San Antonio/Austin.
If you make flight arrangements separately, you still need to contact Ascot to arrange your $200 meal/transportation payment.

PASSPORT NOTICE: You must have at least 6 months remaining on your passport past your date of completion of your trip. Please take a picture of your passport, and scan it to Ascot Travel.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
